iPro Lens System For iPhone 4 / 4s

iPro Lens System. You probably know Im already a big fan of the OlloClip iPhone lens system (which comprises of a macro/wide/fisheye lens combo) well iPro Lens systems are making a move into the same solution territory but they announced a new twist at CES where they issued a pre-release that they would be including a 2x Tele lens in the very near future. This will give iPro a substantial advantage over OlloClip but then again look at the price difference: OlloClip=$69.99 /  iProLens=$199 (not including shipping etc)

PS. If you’re on this side of the pond you can now buy the Olloclip for €69.99 here

Hi Glen, great blog you’ve got going here. Would you know what the iPro Lens Case is made out of ? Or the thread size on the lens ? do they work with a Bubo ?
If it’s possible I’d like to hack off most of the case so it can fit with my Fostex AR-4i.
I wonder how stable it will be.

Hi Mercuryexposure. Its one of the few pieces of kit that Ive written about based solely on the public available specs. I haven’t had a chance to get my hands on one as of yet. That said I too would like to mate the Ar4i and the Bubo or MCam to gain the benefit of the great glass on the Bubo with the audio features of the Fostex. Have a look at my latest post!
